I like the idea of personal one on one exercise, especially with someone with Anthony’s personality. He is a great motivator. You may be working the same area on one day and the next session he finds different ways to perform the same movements so it does not ever get boring. You increase time, reps and weight without ever realizing it. No matter how uncoordinated you may feel, he never let’s you get down on yourself and refuses you to give up and never allows you t be negative during the training sessions. It has been an extremely pleasurable experience and I look forward to each session.

Please accept my appreciation and gratitude for the past few months under your direction as my Personal Trainer. Since I’ve started training with you, my bone density tests have improved dramatically! My physician, Dr. Sager, evaluated my bone scan and found that I’ve improved from a 2.2 to a 1.3 which is due to the following: weight-bearing exercises, strength and cardiovascular improvement, as well as, lower cholesterol and resting heart rate.

Given my current personal and physical medical condition, my” medical team” feel that an overall endurance to build strength and keep my immune system strong is critical to my physical condition which I hope will lead to a “cancer-free” body.

Most important is your holistic approach to helping keep a positive environment to raise the bar in my overall workouts. Your time and attention you’ve given to personally adjusting varied workouts have kept me enthusiastic, challenged to exceed and perform, while spiritually giving me “hope” that I can and will endure the current physical condition and personal and professional crisis I am enduring on a daily basis. My energy level, given a 65 hour work week and added responsibilities with family allows me to keep focused and improve stamina and endurance which is critical to me and my family.

I started to do some personal training sessions with Anthony in May 2006 as a result of my boredom with my own exercise routine and because I was having a long commute to work which was making it difficult to get regular exercise. I have been in the fitness field myself for 20 plus years as a group exercise instructor, class coordinator and personal trainer. I was a bit tired of doing personal training and just wanted someone to tell me what to do! I was really impressed buy his knowledge (through his constant continuing education) and not to mention we always had a few good laughs! I began working out 1-2 times per week. I was feeling great, he always did new things and pushed me even though sometimes I resisted. I felt I was in the best shape of my life at age 36. In Dec. 2006, I found out I was pregnant, Anthony just modified my routine and we kept on working out. We resumed our workouts shortly after Garrett was born and I found myself back in shape within 8 weeks of having him, as a matter of fact my pants were even looser than before I had him. Though I have recently taken a part time job putting me an the gym teaching regular classes making it harder to workout with Anthony, I always incorporate what he has taught me into my routines. He is the Best.
